Q. My cooler leaks from the lid when it’s turned on its side or flipped upside down. Does this mean it’s not sealing?A. No. These coolers are designed to remain right side up. The weight of the lid, the gasket, and locking the latches creates the seal. Once tipped, this weakens the seal of the lid gasket and can cause water to seep out.

We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US Protectorates, APO/FPO, and PO Boxes. Our stock ships from our US-based warehouses and is usually shipped via FedEx, USPS, or UPS (depending on location and package weight). Returns:

We offer a 30-day return policy, all items can be returned within 30 days of receipt, so long as they are unused and in the original packaging.
